Our hire charges include delivery all over Berkshire, Bucks, Surrey and London. We absolutely can and love to travel outside of these areas but there is an additional charge to cover travel and fuel. We currently have bookings in Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Hampshire.

Our prices are listed in the cost section. We apply a volume discount when two or more items are requested.

No sorry. We install every one of our props so that they look perfect for your special event. We are the experts and don’t want you to have to worry about this element of the service. We are very protective of our props!

£50.00 per single prop hire. Once you’ve confirmed you’d like to go ahead with the booking, we e-mail you the deposit invoice. Once paid, this secures your date and props. We confirm receipt and the final payment schedule. The deposit is non-refundable.

One month before your event, you are of course able to pay the full amount at any time leading up to your date, but the full amount must be paid 4 weeks before. We send a reminder e-mail two days prior to this date and issue a final invoice.

Yes, absolutely. If your venue requires a copy, please supply us with a contact e-mail address and we will send it over.

Yes, all our units are PAT tested by a qualified electrician. We hold certificates for each item and are more than happy to send a copy to your venue.

We work with you to understand your specific requirements. We also liaise with the venue to understand what time we can gain entry on the day and also pick up times, as we prefer to retrieve them when your event finishes. If you are having your new surname in lights, we can come and set them up after your wedding breakfast to create the element of surprise and WOW factor for the evening.

We have all the alphabet and doubles of popular letters and numbers. LOVE, MR&MRS, or your surname in lights are all very popular with bookings for 2020 and 2021. We have a smaller ‘Mr&Mrs’ which sit nicely on top of your surname in lights.

We have 1-10 in numbers and doubles of the more popular 18, 21, 30, 40 & 50 We’ve also started to take bookings for Proms next year, #2021 is apparently cool and will look great on Instagram!

All our letters and numbers are 4 ft tall, most are 2 ft wide, except for the W and M which are 2.5 ft wide.

No I’m sorry we specialise in cool white fairground cabochon bulbs which look great.

Our flower walls are 2.4m wide x 2.4m high. They are secured to weighted telescopic poles which comply with Heath & Safety standards. We have two classic ivory walls which when hired together stretch to an impressive 4.8m wide. Our walls are made up of strips of panels so any configuration can be achieved. For example, The Malt House ceremony room at The Old Bell, Hurley fits one and a half of our classic ivory, so we are very flexible and adapt accordingly.

Our Prosecco Wall measures 78cm wide x 2m tall x 39cm deep and is free standing. We supply this with 48 glass flutes, and we charge an additional £2 per glass should any be missing or broken when we pick up the wall. Our hire cost includes an element for washing the glasses and a small balloon surround in the colours of your choice.

Our Donut Wall measures1m wide x 93cm tall x 26cm deep and is usually placed on a table. We have two sets of hooks which hold either 54 or 108 Krispy Kreme Original Glazed which we supply with the wall. We can decorate the wall with either fairy lights or silk flowers which match your colour scheme. The décor and the donuts are included in the price.

Both signs measure 90cm wide x 85cm tall and come on a copper or white pipe stand which measures180cm wide x 122cm tall x 62cm deep. We decorate the pipe with silk flowers which is included in the price. We can also decorate the pipe stand with fresh flowers or greenery but there is an additional cost for these.

Absolutely yes! Our classic white easel measures 60cm wide x 153cm tall x 60 deep. The matching white mirror 60cm wide x 85cm tall. We can include whatever message on the mirror as we have our own in-house vinyl printer. Silk flowers to match your colour scheme are placed along the top of the mirror. If you would like us to add fresh flowers and greenery, there is an additional cost for these.
